The laziest of lazy meals. A can of chicken rice, some parboiled brown rice, and what ever sauces you have in your fridge.
I added soy sauce, some chilli sauce and cheese, but the dish still looked like dog food.

The amount of protein in canned chicken has always surprised me. While it definitely has too much salt, I never would've guessed that this tiny can from Walmart fits 40-45g of protein.

As for the sauces, I used Walmart's low-sodium soy sauce and Melinda's Xxxtra hot sauce.
